The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a totally safe area, close to historic center or Condesa, Coyoacan. The location was excellent and unbeatable - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Polanco district.

The hotel's central location near Chapultepec castle was convenient. I enjoyed the short walk to Las Mercedes, where I dined a few times. The room was pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fairly clean and had a shower, hairdryers, and robes available.

Amazing location right in the heart of the city 🏙️. We were able to get a Wheelchair Accessible room with a balcony, which was exactly what we needed. The decor was fun and available as well.
